Matt Morrow is living his dreams with Vemma

"I've been in this business for more than 18 years and I am finally an overnight success with Vemma!"

Royal Ambassador Matt Morrow is living his dream. He owns homes in Southern California, Las Vegas and Lake Havasu, Arizona, and takes frequent and exotic vacations, including a recent trip to Maui where members of his downline joined him for a few days of fun. But all this pales in comparison to what else his Vemma business has allowed him to do: work for himself and have a flexible schedule that allows him to spend extra time with his family.* Once dubbed the 'Vice President of Fun', Matt believes that multi-level marketing allows you to work and play at the same time, and credits his achievements to the fact that he cares more about others than himself. "By focusing on helping others, I've had really good success," says Matt. "Achieving Royal Ambassador was so exciting, but it is way more gratifying to me to see Chris Armstrong and Ryan Riddle from my group rank advance to Presidential. This business is about helping other people get what they want. If we are good at that, our dreams take care of themselves!"

Matt didn't start out in the network marketing business but instead landed a stable, 9-to-5 job after college. "I was the branch manager at a bank and thought I was too good for network marketing. I had a big desk, big chair, big title and a small paycheck." After working a 'real job' for a few years, Matt says he knew it was time to explore other options. Although he has now been in network marketing for twenty years, it wasn't until about eight months ago when he joined Vemma that he knew he had finally found his niche in the industry.

"I originally signed up when Vemma started but didn't stick with it," Matt explained. Then a phone call from Star Ambassador Leader Alan Fields changed his mind. "When he called, I had coincidently been watching The Secret. When Alan asked me to work with him, I thought it was meant to be. I said 'Let's do it!'." Vemma was just the thing Matt was looking to be involved with and he said it demonstrates to him and others that "someone can come into the business, quit and go back into it later and succeed."*

Matt's approach to sharing the business isn't rocket science. He tells his downline to use the product, learn to listen and talk to people. "A successful prospector does a lot more listening than talking," he explains. "Get V2s and the 'Your Business at Home' magazine into people's hands but don't be too pushy. I'm not begging people to get into this business. They see how much I enjoy my lifestyle and ask me how I do it." This doesn't mean he isn't constantly talking to people about Vemma, but being a true example of the life Vemma can offer has often been the just the right motivation for his prospects to get involved.*

"I listen to people and develop friendships first of all. If they have concerns about their health, I introduce them to Vemma," says Matt. "I think about how I'm going to be a giver and give them an opportunity. I tell my downline that it's their job to share this gift with people."

It is obvious Matt believes that cultivating good relationships with the people he works with is ultimately the key to success, giving his upline and downline much of the credit for what his business is today.

"In my downline, I have two phenomenal teams, the boys on one side and the girls on the other," he says. "On one side I have the Summit Group, the Gardner Brothers and VK Media and on the other side are Michelle Barnes, Cheryl Ables, Bretta Dumesnil and Melissa Sanford. These two teams work tirelessly and are always so positive. And my upline is absolutely amazing. Alan and Nancy Fields are invaluable!"

As Matt continues to build the business, he says the means to sustaining his success is to keep in mind where he is headed and what results he is going to get. The 'Vice President of Fun' isn't planning to slow down anytime soon. This summer, he visited a RV dealership on a whim and came home with a brand-new motor home. Sure, he'll probably sponsor the people at the dealership but then again, it seems like "everyone wants what I have which is total and absolute time and financial freedom," Matt says.* "Tony Robbins once told me that his definition of success is being able to do what I want, when I want, as much as I want and do something that helps people. With Vemma, I have achieved that. I don't feel like I am selling anything; I feel like I'm giving people the gift of freedom."

The launch of Verve has opened up a new generation of people joining the business and Matt says it has been a blast working with them. "Vemma has been the best thing that ever happened to me and my family. Now with Verve, my business is going into turbo mode," says Matt. "Not everyone is into vitamins, but it seems like everyone is open to getting involved with a hot new company. 2008 is going to be a thrill ride for us all!"
